I just recently got this and thought it was great. I did all the steps correctly while setting up, but when i try to get the servers from the KAillera client it says error requesting sever list.

and when i look at the cmd prompt named ePSXeCutor it says

Init Netpluing... ok

netpluing open ...

but no ok on that, wat could be wrong?

i also tryed replacing with 2 differnt clients, The supra client, and Kaillera p2p, and i also did the sever update list and still the same error =[

That's commonly known Kaillera error. For some time now their master server is offline so you can't get server list.
You can use this site and add servers manually (Enter IP in classic client) or download this addon and it will add some servers to Recent tab in your client (works only with classic client).

just 1 more question, how do u turn sound on?

Config -> Sound -> Check Enable Sound

But if you want to play with other people keep it unchecked or you will've got OOS (Out of Synchronization , you will see other things that your opponent)
