Here you can find a guide, how to install an emulator for playing Tekken 3 Online.
To play Tekken 3 Online you'll need:
- Emulator ePSXe 1.5.2
- Necessary plugins
- Correct configuration of an emulator and the plugins
- And the game of course - Tekken 3
Important! In order to keep synchronisation necessary is correct configuration of the emulators for both players. Every player must have the
same version of the game, and have the same data on the memory card. You should also use cd image.

Description of the configurations:
After downloading an emulator you need to configure it. To do this you go to Config -> Wizard Guide.
Click "Config"
First thing to do is to choose BIOS 
You have to click "scph 1001-USA(Recommended)"- and then you have to click -Next.
Now it's the time to configure the plugin of the Video. You choose plugin "Pete's DX6 D3D Driver 1.67" and then you click "Config"
Now you need to configure the plug inns of the Video-Pete's DX6 D3D Driver 1.67. You just have to do exactly what it says
on the screen below. If you have an older computer you need to click "Fast" and then we change the red options on the ones
on the screen. Some of the options you can configure the way you want them to be, but the most important are:
- Use FPS limit
- FPS limit (10-200) = 60
When you've got everything like on the screen, you need to click - OK.
Now it's time for the plugin responsible for the sound, you need to click "ePSXe SPU core 1.5.2" - this plug inn doesn't need to be configured, click-Next
Now time for the CD-ROM. Depends on what system you've got, you choose from available plugins.
Windows 9x/ME -> ePSXe CDR ASPI core 1.5.2.
Windows 2k/NT -> ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.5.2.
The last configuration is the configuration of the pad- you choose the one you want but remember: pad must be on Digital Only and in Rumble all options to None.
Warning! You must not configure second pad, if you do so, you will not be able to synchronise during the game. Second pad must be set to "default".
Click-Done
Now there are just few more things necessary to keep synchronisation Online.
Now there's very important thing to do,
putting Memory Card. To do so choose Config -> Memory Card. In slot 1 by pressing Select button we choose "T3Online.mcr", and then you press-OK. You can download
MemCard from 'Download' menu or through this link.
Now it's time for the next plugin, choose Confg -> Sound
Now you have to stand out all the of the ticks, like on the screen above, then press-OK.
Now you choose Options -> Country -> Autodetect
and Options -> Auto load ppf files enabled
The last thing to do before playing Online is the activation of the Cyberpad. Go to Config -> Netplay (for the single player choose Disabled Netplay).
Press OK.
Now there's only one thing left to do PLAY, go to File -> Run ISO.
Now you find file with the picture of the game and you activate it. Then you'll see program which able us to connect with
the server. In a cell called "Connection type", choose "Good (20keyframes/s)", like on the screen.
When the list is loaded you can connect to chosen server (to the one with the lowest ping). If you want to connect to the
server you've previously visited you go to "Recent" or if you know IP address of this server you press "Enter IP". After
choosing one server you can find a second player.
You have two options to choose:
1). Join (you can join someone else's game)
2). Create a new game (you can start you own game)
A perfect bonus for new Kaillera users is a browser - Kaillera Top Servers. All you must do
is click 2 times on the kaillera.top.server.exe file and then you can easily find new servers
for playing Tekken 3 Online( available in "Recent")
Warning:
- Before connecting to the server, you should turn off all the p2p programs and others applications that may cause problems
while playing Online.
- If you want to play just by yourself got to Config -> Netplay -> Disabled Netplay
- Cyberpad is only addition to the ePSXe and not fully functioning program, so there might be (but doesn't have to be) few
little errors in it's functioning,
- Remember to not save anything on the Memcard.
- If this sign:
will appear while playing it means that synchronisation was lost and you have to stop the game,
- Sometimes during the game there may occur a problems without any warning, if something like that will happened, you'll
have to go through the configurations once more.
