Relay servers added for Duckstation. If you or your friend had problems connecting (connection timeout etc.) now is the time to try again using relay servers!
Consider supporting the project on kofi, so i can keep them running.
Also dont forget to let me know how the servers works – performance wise. There is also no spectator for relays (yet).

- flycast updated to 6.46
- supported games list updated for flycast
- some small fixes for ui
