Terms of Service

Basic rules

Terms of use for Honmaru.pl and related projects.

  1. Be nice and kind.
We aim to create welcoming and friendly community. Differences of opinion are normal, but remember to be polite. Let’s treat each other with respect. Don’t insult other members, don’t provoke, don’t be rude, don’t be toxic, don’t troll.
  2. No advertising and spam.
Give more to the community than you want to get from it. Games are our common passion, if you run a channel, stream, etc. you can share, but don’t overdo the frequency. Publish one post, introduce yourself and what you do, add updates in the thread to the original post.
  3. No pirated, illegal content and NSFW.
It is forbidden to publish NSFW, violent, and illegal content. We do not support piracy and do not allow the distribution of such content. Posts asking questions about illegal software, roms, links to such materials, etc. are not allowed.
  4. Distributing the software.
We do not allow or support repacking our software or distributing it in any unofficial way that modifies the original package (e.g. Arkadyzja). This rule also exists for the safety of users, who should only download the software from official sources and in its official form in order to maintain security, ensure educational value, and receive official support (you are always welcome to create your own tutorial and link to the official site for downloading the software).
  5. Common sense.
Instead of huge regulations, let’s rely on general rules of culture and social interactions. Use common sense, don’t post content that violates copyrights. Treat others with kindness, be polite, supportive, and friendly.
  6. One user can have only one account. If you want to change your nickname, you can’t recover password, want to permanently delete account etc., please contact us.
  7. Comply with the rules and listen to the moderators.
Don’t get involved in discussions that clutter the common space for everyone. You have the right to express your point of view, but if you are not heard, you must comply with the rules and either try to talk in private, or in a dedicated thread (if applicable), or send a message using the contact page. If you don’t stop despite being warned, your messages may be deleted, and you may be kicked, blocked, or banned.
  8. FGC Code of Conduct.
Be part of a better FGC and adopt FGC code of conduct.

Not following the rules will result in warnings and bans (exclusion from our community, tournaments, etc.).

Reporting Issues

If you encounter any issues or violations of these terms, report them to the moderators immediately (see contact page).
